Preparation: Directions
From San Diego Airport to the border
Follow exit signs out of loading area
At light turn left on to Harbor Way
Get into left lane fairly quickly to make left turn at Grape Street.
Go up Grape St. and move over to right lane.
Watch for I-5 South signs--turn right onto freeway.
Stay on 1-5 all the way to the border.
Line up convoy style in far Right lane at border.
Pull over on the other side of the border to wait for all of our vehicles to clear the border.

To Costco/Vons/Home Depot stateside:
Take I-5 South to I-805 South
Exit at H Street East
Head east past strip mall and fast food restaurants on the right.
You will see Home Depot on the hill side in front of you.
Turn left at Paseo Del Rey and enter Home Depot Parking lot, or go past Paseo Del Rey and turn left just before chief auto parts at the stop light.
Exit at H Street East
Head east past strip mall and fast food restaurants on the right.
You will see Home Depot on the hill side in front of you.
Turn left at Paseo Del Rey and enter Home Depot Parking lot, or go past Paseo Del Rey and turn left just before chief auto parts at the stop light.
To Mercy Hospital & Medical Center
From Tijuana border or South of Downtown San Diego (includes Coronado):
Take I-5 Northbound to San Diego.
Take the Washington Street exit and head up the hill (Eastbound or right-hand turn).
Stay on Washington until you come to a “T” in the road
At 4th Avenue, turn left.
Go 1 or 2 blocks and take a right on Lewis Street. Hospital entrance will be right in front of you.
From North of Downtown San Diego (includes Airport):
Take I-5 Southbound to San Diego.
Take the Washington Street exit and head up the hill (Eastbound or left hand turn).
